Shipping, returns & pickup

About our items

Optimal Control Systems is an electrical controls shop. We sell our shop overstock and used items. Items are sold as-is, in the condition described on each item page. We are able to test most of what we sell, and if an item you buy does not work, we will take it back or make it right.

Returns

New and used items can be returned within 30 days. The buyer pays return shipping. Refunds cover the item price only; shipping charges are not refunded. Items listed as “Parts only” cannot be returned. To start a return, email admin@optimalcontrol.net with your order details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping calculated at checkout.

Local pickup

Choose Local pickup at checkout to pay no shipping. Please contact admin@optimalcontrol.net for local pickup instructions. Pickup is at 2324 Three Lakes Rd., Albany, OR.
